Your connection to the course: I have contributed to some of the teaching sessions on the course as a guest speaker & I have presented some workshops over the years at DAFT conferences & lunchtime workshops.

In 2006, I came to work in Erewash CAMHS as the Specialist Social Worker for Children in Care & at the same time I was doing my advanced Family Therapy training in Birmingham with John Burnham. Gary Robinson generously agreed to become my systemic supervisor & so of course I was very soon involved with DAFT. I have enjoyed so much the opportunities that the course & DAFT have provided over the years for sharing systemic ideas, hearing people’s stories & meeting with systemically minded colleagues. It has been a source of inspiration & energy to me. Thank you to everyone who made it happen.
